ANODIZING

The anodizing process produces a hard, non-conductive layer on aluminum. This layer creates an electrically consistent and corrosion-free surface on critical components used in laser printers. Floturn has taken anodizing to a new level by installing a fully automated line with full chemical and physical feedback capabilities. Our current facility processes over a million photoreceptors per month. Floturn is capable of expanding our anodize facility to handle high-volume dedicated line projects.
